Welcome to ZOOM Pilates

My name is Idris. I’m a former professional dancer and osteopath. I also teach Pilates and gyrotonic. My expertise in movement and extensive knowledge of anatomy and injury is what makes my class so different. I can help you build strength and flexibility and help alleviate any aches or pains you have.

I was inspired to make my signature style of Pilates class available online because of the current COVID-19 crisis and the number of people self-isolating or working from home. I provide the highest quality of guided class that distinguishes itself from more generic online workouts.

All you need to is download zoom if you don’t have it already. Then pick a class and book via PayPal. You will receive confirmation email once the transaction is complete. Click on the link in the confirmation email and join the webinar. Then I will demonstrate and talk you through your home mat work Pilates class.

By appointment only. I will focus specifically on  you to ensure you get the very mosy out of your session. I can also take a case history and diagnose any injuries remotely, so that I can give specific rehab exercises to relieve your symptoms. Request an appointment.

For group classes, click on your chosen time and then checkout at via PayPal. You'll get a confirmation email. Click on the link in that email to enter the webinar. I'll guide you through you Pilates mat workout by demonstrating and talking you through each exercise. You'll need a mat and some light weights - bottles of water or tins will do.
